We’ve been using Furnace king for furnace and AC maintenance for years. When our 18 year old furnace finally kicked the bucket, they came through for us as always. They initially tried to fix it. When it broke again, they didn’t charge us to return. It was pretty cold out so the owner came out on a Sunday and started the replacement process. He also fixed it enough at that visit to keep it running until it was replaced. Their furnace expert, Sandip came out to educate us about our options. He was great. The installers were there a couple days later with the new one.
They always charge a fair price and try to educate clients at each visit and they never pressure you. All of the people we’ve dealt with over the years have been extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They were very diligent about masks and social distancing when they were here to replace the furnace, and they left our place as clean as they found it.
I can’t say enough good things about this company.
