Greenfield Glass is a full service glass house and will fix broken windows. They are easy to deal with and professional. When they gave me a piece of glass that was not right, they fixed it right away.

The Hadley Garden Center is the best all purpose garden center in our area, bar none. They have annuals, pernials, tools, woody plants, mulch and they have the know how to back it up. I always ask questions and they seem to always have reasonable answers and sometimes actually look information up for you. The lectures on the weekends help us gardeners get through the winter.

Annies is a great little garden center, locally owned and a place you can find the unususal. I have been shopping there for years and it just gets better over time. Plants are good quality and thrive when I get home (even if I don't get them into the ground as fast as I should).

We often make Christmass gifts for friends and family. This year is a sewing project year and we went to the Textile Company. I was very pleased with the selection. Staff helped us think through our project. A+ to these folks.

Do you remember when you could go to a good lumber yard and get just about everthing you need for a project, plus good advice. At Cowles Building Supply you still can. Bob in paints has helped me figure out a great number of problem applications. They mill their own lumber right at the site and the quality is top knotch. Staff are friendly and will help you figure out how to make your project work.

We have a passive solar house which heats up pretty fast in the summer and we needed an awning that we could roll out and in as needed. The Chilson people had the product and did a great job installing the awning. We are quite happy and cooler because of there product and good work
