Mark came out to provide his opinion on the state of our roof and noted that only the lower roof needed to be redone. We appreciated his honesty in not trying to "oversell". As well, he replaced our two skylights and they are perfect. The roofing crew left not a nail or piece of scrap on our property, promptly cleaning up after themselves. We highly recommend Complete Roofing.
Scott came to our home to diagnose an issue that we have been having with our fireplace since it was installed over a year ago. The company that installed it was over many times, but could not solve the issues we were having. I was quite frustrated to say the least. Scott from GasFIx was punctual, polite and thorough. He layed down a heavy blanket so as not to make a mess, vacuumed any dust that was created and not only fixed the problem, but left everything perfect. He even replaced some screws that had been stripped by the installers. I would highly recommend this company for any of your gas fixes. I finally have a properly working fireplace!

Purchased a Toto Toilet, vanity, faucet as well as procelain tiles
I have now redesigned two bathrooms in the last two years with the help of Bathroom Galleries on Fariview street in Burlington. I have shopped around and have always found their prices to be excellent. As well, I think they have a great selection of vanities , faucets, toilets and tiles. The staff are very helpful as well. I find that they really go out of their way to help you find exactly what you are looking for. As well, I found the tournaround time from ordering a product to delvery to be quite fast! Overall, they are my go to place for bathroom design and I would ( and have) recommended them to others.

Torch Fireplace by Napoleon Fireplaces
We selected the contemporary Torch fireplace by Napoleon Fireplaces and found a dealer from their website. We chose to go with a company called Distincrtive Fires located in Waterdown Ontario. What a huge mistake. During the install they snapped our lattices in our garden and even though they said they would replace or repair the- nothing has been done. How hard is it to find wooden lattices? As well, from the day it was installed ( about 10 months ago ) we have had a problem with the flame blowing out on a windy day. I have called the manufacturer who has never had this complaint. We have had Disticntive Fires into our home to lok at the unit numerous times with promises of a fix and NOTHING. My husband is currently playing phone tag with them even though they called in December to say they were making a shield for the outdoor vent. That was almost two months ago. i am assuming that the shield is somewhere with our new lattice! I will never do business with this company again. They have given us the run around and wasted our time onnumerous occasions . GO with someone else for your fireplace install.
