Customer service was excellent from presentation, to precise measurement to installation. The products and options were clearly explained to us, with price comparisons, that really helped make our decisions on the various windows we had replaced in our 100 year old house. The windows were ordered quickly and were installed earlier than we expected. The installers were very professional and cleaned up the work area really well. They did everything in a day.
