We were not sure that a satellite system would work in our area due to large trees all around. This company came out and took measurements and tested the equipment on site. Even though it did not work for us, they did this service free of charge.
We were able to get help with a discontinued model and get parts, a paint kit and gaskets for it. The staff member gave us helpful advice to that saved us time and trouble to put the stove in top shape.
They were very good and came at the appointed time too. The service person took off his boots and carried all his tools in. He had the spare parts and filters that fit and looked over everything as well as cleaning all the parts.

Sent inexperienced apprentice who had to be coached by phone for entire service call, forgot one filter, charged for travel time. Charged the full rate for this call and came almost two hours late.
