I was moving out of my house and needed to fix my fridge before I left. The repair person from Castle Appliance was very helpful, but he had to book another service appointment to finish the job. Unfortunately, that appointment was with the new owner, as I had already moved out by then (I arranged for them to send the bill to me). The bill I got was quite shocking, as they went ahead with a new repair and some parts without my knowledge. I called the manager about the invoice, and he was very reasonable - we agreed to share the cost of the repair. In the future though, I will definitely be the one to be there for the repair.
