We needed storm doors, found this company through friends, didn't have any issues or difficulties when ordering these doors. We were not in a rush to install them, but they were installed very soon. The installer did a good job, was friendly, left everything tidy. Doors function well, we have no complains.

I stopped by at Northview’s showroom and their manager was there, who showed me lots of styles available and color samples. I liked the friendly approach and asked for an estimate, to have a representative come and measure the windows and give me an exact price. This was done the next day and I was more than happy with the price. So Northview replaced 3 windows in my house, all together from estimate to installation it took about a week. I am happy with the results, thanks.

Well, the job Northview did for us was quite big, lots of windows needed a full frame replacement, but the installers did a fantastic job, it took them only 2 full days and the result was very impressive. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to my family and friends, and we would probably be coming back soon for a patio door replacement.

Northview Windows & Doors installed windows in our living room and bedroom. We were amazed how fast the windows were put in, it only took a few hours from start to finish. What’s especially notable is the quality of the job – it was of the highest level, and we are very happy with the performance of our new windows! Thank you!

We had windows installed by Northview on Dec. 23rd, 2011. We had no issues working with Alex who was the sales rep. The two guys who did the installation were professional. We were happy with the windows. We intended to have the remaining windows and doors completed by Northview. However, on Jan. 31st, 2013, I pulled the blinds back and discovered a crack down my front window which looks like a stress crack. I called Northview approx. 9:00 am that morning and was told someone would call me back. When I didn't receive a call back, I called the next morning and was told the same thing. I have placed at least 6 to 7 more calls into head office in Downsview and receive the same line "we have a work order in place for you". As of March 24th, we are still waiting for someone to call me back. We talked to Alex a few times regarding the crack but now he won't return our call. We are frustrated calling head office and not sure what the next plan of action is. Save yourself the aggravation and look at another company. I have experienced better customer service from a sixteen year old working at McDonald's.
