Matt from 613 Plumbing offered a very good, very informed customer service oriented emergency repair to my home when I was found without water when my waterpump broke. Under short notice, Matt personally offered guided recommendation on the best pump, best plan of action, and the expediently completed the emergency repairs all on the same day. Not only was Matt understanding of the situation and our family’s immediate needs, he was able to make us understand the decision with made and the needed work. He also came in way under cost to all other competitors, without sacrificing service, workmanship, or quality of parts.

I hired 613 Plumbing to do all the plumbing in my main bathroom. The work was done professionally and in a timely manner, they were also polite and respectful of my house. The whole area was cleaned for which I was very pleased with.

I recently contacted Mat from 613 plumbing for a small bathroom reno turned big… after tearing into the walls and ceilling i discovered some pretty questionnable plumbing work. Not knowing where to start I needed guidance and a professional to have a look because lets face it nobody wants water damage in their home. Mat was quick to point out various code violations and the ticking timebomb we had with bad soldering from the previous owner on the dated copper piping. He quoted me a price for the job and quickly got to work updating the old copper piping to pex even going above and beyond and adding valves to isolate the new bathroom from the rest of the system for eventual work. He also changed out what he could all the way to the upstairs washroom to make sure we didn’t spring a leak with the old pipes. His attention to detail was like nothing I’ve seen from a contractor, all in all quick timely and cost effective work, I would highly recommend.

I called Mat because we found surprises when we opened wall while doing renos. His service was great. He came to help us very quickly and also gave us an honest opinion on what was needed. He didn’t try to up sale or make us do useless repairs. His work was done efficiently and properly. Passed city inspection with flying colours. I will definitely call him back and refer him to friends and family!

Showed up on time as scheduled was able to quickly diagnose issue with kitchen faucet and was able to repair my existing one instead of replacing the entire thing. Highly recommend to friends and family!
