High Stream Moving

I booked Highstream to move a piano and was very clear that it would require stairs (with photos and exact count of stairs). At the outset, they sent the quote by text and it included an additional quote for stairs. The movers were polite and professional, however were unable to get the piano down the stairs. They apologized and advised they would return two days later with help to finish the job. This was not a problem - I totally understand that things happen and it couldnt get done. However they never returned, never called or emailed. When I finally had to call myself the person I spoke to said they wouldnt return without further payment. He was incredibly rude and debated me at length about how many stairs were in both homes. In the end they refused to do anything further and I had to hire another company to do the job properly. They still have not responded to communications about another move that my family had booked.

I have booked the high stream movers on May last week to move my house shifting from Toronto to Winnipeg and now it's August,it's been more than 2 months still no update when I'm going to get my items. Not only no update on the delivery but also no response to my emails and my calls being received but no one talking. I have waited for 10 mins and dropped the call. I did receive fee email response s initially from the person- Stacie who is the contact person for my order and said that I have to wait until they get the customers for full truck and she also said I chosen shared truck Soni need to wait and they are saying in the contract they didn't mention of the date of delivery. If no mention of delivery date then they should call out the same but intentionally they are trying to use the loophole in their own contract.But at least they should pick up calls and inform customers that they are unable to deliver and provide the other options. Its a big surprise for me that how these companies surviving in the market with this kind of poor cheap customer relations.

I contacted him once, when I needed to bring bulky goods to the village. They were quick to arrange everything, told me a certain timeframe, calculated the route straight away and set a price. Polite, tactful, and the truck is exceptionally cleat and tidy! A special thanks to the driver.

I used High Stream to transport a piano. I couldn't have expected a better service. The truck and movers arrived on time, the piano was loaded carefully, nothing was damaged. I dont't have any complaints about the transport either. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable company.

High Steam Movers is now my favorite piano movers after moving 7 times previously. The movers were very careful with not just my piano to make sure they dont damage the finish, but also equally careful around the house. All the parts were carefully wrapped with padded blankets and carefully secured on the truck. Thanks fellas for the move and I will call again next time!
