Make sure to know the exact price for the your things.

For each and individual item they charge doesn’t matter the size of it. They will charge you and it will be written in fine prints and they will expect you to know this.

Make sure you give them complete list of items need to move say for e.g. 10 small box, 15 medium box, large 15 box, bags, microwave, 2 matteress, 1 tV, etc all the details. Because apparently if you have very small and lose items that you can fit in medium box but if you haven’t because you don’t know there is price for each item they move you’ll be charged and you will come to know this after they pick up!!! So please make sure you have complete list and ask for complete price with taxes when you book and make sure to ask same question when they load all these items in the truck and before they are gone.

The only reason I am giving 1 start is because I was charged $1500 extra for junk that I would have thrown out otherwise but they picked up all in trailer that they have hauled behind truck and they didn’t tell me at the time of pick up that all small item or even tiny box have a price of its own to move. Very unfortunate thing, how do you come up with extra $1500 when you’re already stressed out in moving and have budget set. If we had known when they were loading this in truck we would have thrown out everything that’s unethical and apparently you are suppose to read all the fine lines in contract because it will tell you this. That they charge by each item!! And price for each item won’t be written in contract.

So please make sure to ask all these questions when booking

This company is a complete joke. They arrived to pack up with 2 men. No shrink wrapping of furniture done. Promised pictures cartons and wardrobe boxes to no avail. Moved from Bowmanville to NB and only the driver showed up. Driver Informed us they hire a local in Kijiji for $20/hr cash. No one showed. We had to unload the trailer with him. Lots of damage to expensive pieces and we were only provided with $250 compensation. Don’t hire this company. We had to tell them how to pack a tv. Professional movers know how to pack a tv with the screen facing the wall. They lost a spring to our $309 swing and now it’s useless. Huge gouge out of our $5000 table and they told us to just use wood filler to patch it. Destroyed a $65 gravitchaie. See pictures.

Great service. They have been helping with a large and complicated move I have hired them multiple days over this move to pack everything. Communicating was a little difficult but I recommend them without hesitation!

I hired these guys for a last minute move, the moving company I was booked with never showed up on the moving date. I was panicking but high stream moving really saved me. I have ordered these guys for a while ago to move my 1 bedroom apartment. Great service, nice guys came on time with all promised equipment. No problems at all. All furniture are safe. They even did some free packing on the furniture. I packed my belongings by self, but all furniture were packed by the company. Recommend this company 100%
