I had to replace an electronic deadbolt and had no idea where to start. Based on the reviews, I called about two weeks before I wanted to schedule the replacement. Michael talked me through what the process would be and what I needed to have ready.

Then he let me know that they schedule only a week in advance, so I would need to schedule closer to the date. He also said they can often schedule people within a day or so. He was right! When I was ready to schedule, he was able to quickly fit me in.

Michael arrived on time and definitely knew his stuff. He was also really patient with my alarm company. They told me that I had to call them when someone was installing the new deadbolt. Unfortunately, the representative on that call was new and didn't quite know what to tell us. It took some time before we just decided to proceed with Michael's knowledge.

Michael did his part quickly and talked me through everything I needed to know about my new deadbolt. He even helped search for a user manual for my deadbolt and emailed it to me.

One tip is that I recommend calling them. I had more success calling them rather than through email or text.

I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if/when I need a locksmith!

Great service and so convenient! I had to get my business mailbox lock replaced and went ahead and got my much-needed car key copied (which is one of the fob, push-button starters).

They were super on time, able to replace both quickly and made the process stress free. I will definitely be doing business with them again for any future key and lock needs.

I also loved supporting a local and veteran-owned business!

Locked out at 11pm on a Sunday night. They were here downtown in 20 minutes and had the door open in 5. Friendly service and I appreciated them wearing a face mask during the pandemic. $75 is a good price too. I'd definitely recommend.
