I had to replace an electronic deadbolt and had no idea where to start. Based on the reviews, I called about two weeks before I wanted to schedule the replacement. Michael talked me through what the process would be and what I needed to have ready.

Then he let me know that they schedule only a week in advance, so I would need to schedule closer to the date. He also said they can often schedule people within a day or so. He was right! When I was ready to schedule, he was able to quickly fit me in.

Michael arrived on time and definitely knew his stuff. He was also really patient with my alarm company. They told me that I had to call them when someone was installing the new deadbolt. Unfortunately, the representative on that call was new and didn't quite know what to tell us. It took some time before we just decided to proceed with Michael's knowledge.

Michael did his part quickly and talked me through everything I needed to know about my new deadbolt. He even helped search for a user manual for my deadbolt and emailed it to me.

One tip is that I recommend calling them. I had more success calling them rather than through email or text.

I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if/when I need a locksmith!
