Jim with Modern Home Energy Inc. came after we called asking about our stove not functioning properly.
Jim observed that the gas line was installed incorrectly and went through all our appliances that use natural gas to determine what was and wasn't functioning and went over what needed to fixed.
Jim spent a good amount of time making sure I understood the way the lines should have been installed.

Jim was incredibly valuable to help install a 3 head mini split heat pump system to increase heating and cooling for the upstairs of our century home rental property. He took the time to investigate the best options, price and durability/longevity for our house. He managed the install, the electrician and other contractors required to complete the installation within time and budget. Jim and his helper, Frank, were both friendly & polite. They took care to protect my floors and cleaned up well after their work was done. What I thought would be a simple uninstall/install of gas ranges changed scope as the location of my gas pipe did not fit the new range. Jim did a great job reviewing everything with me, took time to explain the necessary steps and I lucked out with his availability and was able to have the work done same-day. We had Jim and the team install a tankless gas water heater. We chose Modern Home Energy because during our first meeting, they were very knowledgeable, letting us know pros cons of what we were looking to do as well as offering additional advice based on what they saw of our set-up.
On install day the team was courteous, efficient and professional. They worked extremely hard all day and we are very pleased with the final results!
