Booked an appointment for 12-2pm. Received an automated msg the night before saying Roman will arrive 12-2am (ok i assumed that was a typo and also a typo on my name in the message). Waited for the whole day and Roman never showed up. Called multiple times, got a hold of Ilya at 5pm, at which point they were 3 hours late. Guy said he was driving and asked me to call in an hour, without acknowledging their no-show. Oh well, real professional. Better not fall for their proclaimed $49 service call fees gimmick next time, as most legitimate appliance repair companies will waive their service call fees if you're going with them for the actual repair anyways.
