The architect-designed an open floor plan giving us a spacious kitchen, a practical laundry room, a serene master bedroom and bath, and creating an amazing deck at the back. We were happy to rely on their expertise in the design aspect as we didn’t have any prior experience. Our family could not be happier with the overall result.

Being a large-scale project we were prepared for several months of construction and had to rent a home. However, our project manager Joseph did everything he could to finish the project on time. He also helped us with expenses, including helping us choose materials that would fit our budget, letting us use the company’s suppler discount, and provide alternatives that might be lower in cost but function just as well. We were able to move in 6 months after they began work.

With a whole home renovation, I think it's inevitable that problems are going to arise. but they dealt with every issue even when the company was not directly at fault. Joseph was patient throughout, He is quick to respond to emails, calls, and texts. Joseph kept us in the loop with the daily progress. Thank you to everyone on the team! This is our second time using OnlyRenos for a full basement renovation project to create a rental unit. We are again very pleased with the company and with Joseph as project manager. The work quality is very high and they always are extremely responsive and ensure that the issues get resolved in a favorable way. The business also does not nickel and dime and we have never ended up paying for extras unless there is full justification and it is clearly something we are responsible. As with any project there were some hurdles and issues but overall the business and Joseph are straightforward and dependable to a very high degree and they deliver a very solid work product. onlyRENOS did it again! They did such a great job redoing our master en-suite and three-piece bathroom last year, so this time we decided to have them refresh our entire main floor. We are so pleased we decided to do this reno, even in the midst of a pandemic. Our reno included a new custom kitchen, powder room and new paint and flooring throughout our main floor. As with our first experience with onlyRENOS, the design process was uncomplicated – we told them what we wanted and they offered design & finish suggestions that helped deliver exactly our vision. We had used Joesph from only Renos to do our basement. We thought he and the team did a very good job (there was a previous review). Because of the past work, we asked to update our stair case. After several options and budget, the installation was done on time and with minimum hassales (there are always something that needs to be done that was not accounted for). We went a little over budget but that was due to some modification to the original work order. If there was a downside, at times the dust could have been contained better and a couple of times carpenter worked needed to be redone, but there was done with no cost or argument.

We are very pleased with the work that Only Renos completed for us in our basement. It involved re-doing and updating our bathroom, laundry room, and main area of our basement. The Only Renos team also added some exterior waterproofing to make sure that our indoor investment was well protected. The team were very professional and treated our home with the utmost respect, ensuring that there was minimal disruption and mess on our main floor while work was being done in the basement. Joseph and the team proved to be very accommodating and flexible when we requested for additional work to be done outside the initial agreed upon scope. I had my basement plumbing done 5 years ago, by someone who called themselves a professional plumber> However, after a year, there was a stench coming through the drains. It was so bad, that it could be smelt on the main floor. I had no choice but to find a company to fix the issue. This is when I reached out to onlyRenos. Someone came out right and noticed that the issue was not done by code and didn't have any vent pipes. I was shocked to see the inside of the old plumbing as it was full of waste and almost clogged as the waste and water would not flow in the pipes due to poor workmanship at the previous plumbers. onlyRenos had to remove the entire basement flooring and dig multiple trenches to replace all the underground pipes and install a backflow prevention valve and clean out which I did not have. All the trades and the team members were very professional, they showed every day until the work was completed. I cannot be happier with the 2 bathrooms and a kitchen in the basement and our new flooring. The basement is much nicer than the original.
