We are 8 weeks into a kitchen reno that was quoted take 4 weeks with no end in sight due to lack of skilled resources on site to do the job. Much rework on basic jobs such as skim coating the ceiling. and laying of vinyl plank floor without damaging the wear layer is creating alot of rework. The PM is mostly absent and does not respond to e-mails and resource on site is left waiting for items to start most work daily.

Renos Group completed a renovation of our bathrooms and we were very satisfied with the excellent job done by the highly skilled tradesman. The work was done with much attention to detail and an obvious pride in the job, which we really appreciated. It was well organized, which made the period of renovation go smoothly overall. We will choose Renos Group for a future project.

RenosGroup helped me, when I was in a jam, with a custom dining room sideboard install. I found it wonderful that they were willing to accept the job because it was by no means a large contract, but it was really very critical to my dining room project.
Had they not been willing and able to help me out, my entire project would have been stalled for weeks. And Keith understood this, and that I needed his help in a timely fashion.
I was upfront with him for what was required, we agreed on a plan (what and when) and even when that plan didnt quite pan out, Keith worked hard to honour his word and find me a solution so as to not leave me in the lurch. Who does that these days. Sadly, its getting rare.
He sent in one of his experienced crew to do the job. He was kind, skilled, conscientious, professional, and courteous. Everything was installed perfectly level and in a secure manner, which was critical for the quartz countertop that was coming in the next morning. So, all in all, Keith was responsive, made sure the job was done well, and followed up afterwards. I was very satisfied with his work and plan to call on him again.

We selected Renos Group for an extensive renovation; fully finishing approximately 1000 sq ft of empty basement, as well as a mixed hardwood/carpet installation on our upper bedroom level.

Our requirements were quite extensive, as we wanted several functional areas downstairs. Namely, a 3 pc bath, wet bar, soundproof studio, and 5 additional spaces (craft room, home gym, home office, entertainment room and furnace/storage). It sounds like a lot (and it is), but based on our design, with some slight modifications as things progressed, we now have some awesome spaces for our family.

Keiths detailed quotation was a breeze to evaluate, and the only discrepancy between the estimate and the final cost were due to additions, changes and upgrades we made as the project progressed. These items were all well identified on the final tally, so once again, it was a breeze to review.

I think that its important to note that we were also living 12,000 km (and 12 time zones) away while all of this was being done ! Although our adult son and his partner were in the house to assist with logistics on site, Keith was very communicative with each of us and ensured we were apprised of every step along the way, raising questions or concerns immediately, and providing feedback on progress and solutions. Professional, yet personable, Keith and his team made us feel comfortable every step of the way.

There were a few standout items that really showed off their talents. Keith and his team did a great job creating a studio space where I am able to record and perform music without the audio interfering with other occupants. The level of sound and vibration has been reduced tremendously, and as a bonus, I also have 220VAC available for some of my foreign equipment.

We were also looking for a solution to take advantage of wasted space under the stairs. Based on some examples we found online, they created a large, 2 door, pull-out pantry, as well as a seating nook with power and a tea mug/smartphone shelf that one may curl up in to read, or even just to peruse the bookshelves directly opposite.

And all of this was completed in spite of material shortages, supply chain issues, and social distancing requirements during some of the worst periods of the pandemic. We were also lucky that we had an extended deadline, so Renos were able to easily manage our expectations. All in all, just a fantastic job.

Keith and Clavil did a great job on my bathroom renovation. They replaced my old bathtub with a walk in shower and updated the rest of the bathroom. I have hired them in the past and will hire them again for my next renovation

My sister recommended Keith. She found him easy to work with, respectful, good humoured and she was right. Keith provided a detailed estimate with costs for product, labour and time broken down for each aspect of the job. Other contractors did not. I had to have toilet moved forward 3-4 inches to meet code. Other contractors made this out to be a big job and would not include in estimate but Keith said it would be no problem and included costs in estimate. His experience pays off. This helped me decide and as I changed the scope of the work it was helpful to estimate costs.

Result: I love my new bathrooms and new glass shower.
Covid 19 put a hold on the final touches but as soon as stay lifted Keith was in touch to arrange completion.

Thank you so much Keith, Mike and the team for all your hard work on the complete finishing of our basement. We needed to have it ready to be rented as soon as possible and you guys really came through. The hardwood flooring and counter tops look great and the design ideas you had worked out amazing. We are both so happy with the work and how stress free you made it. We will definitely be coming to you for any future work on our properties that we need work done. this is a great company.....Keith and his team came in did exactly what they said they would do, Fast and friendly service , our new bathroom looks great... great workmanship!!!. we never had an issues with any mess as they cleaned up every day and most importantly they were on time and stayed on budget! they made the whole process easy!! great work guys!!

I contacted Keith after researching online and reading the numerous five star reviews that RenosGroup were receiving from their clients. My bathroom needed to be completely gutted from top to bottom - this involved removing an old whirlpool tub, vanity plus old flooring - and installing a walk-in shower and new ceramic tiling throughout. The job RenosGroup did was fantastic and I couldn't be more happier with my newly renovated bathroom! Not only did those involved do an excellent job, but they were also great to deal with: reliable, cooperative, and professional and I always felt they went the extra mile for me. Highly recommended!
