Henry , the technician who did the plumbing job, was very helpful and professional.
He came on time. He was very nice.
He cleaned after the job. I like the plan home services I did not pay anything for the total job of$399 which is huge saving.

My rental water heater was disposed due to flooding by my contractors. Realixed after 2 years that I am still paying the rent for the heater. Called them to ask how can I close the account. They want me to pay full price of ~$650 for the heater. I also said fine with that but can you atleast deduct the monthly payment for last 2 years? And they refused. Would have appreciatedsome compassion and good customer service.

It takes more than 1.25hrs to complete duct cleaning on a house that is 2700 sq ft. Brampton manger stated he would call me back within a week to discuss but I've been waiting 2+ weeks and I'm being billed for work not completed. DO NOT USE ENERCARE DUCT CLEANING!
