Our dishwasher malfunctioned on Friday evening. We submitted a service request online, and Maydone called us promptly at 8am on Saturday when they opened. Alex (Technician) arrived by 12:30pm, diagnosed and fixed the problem within an hour. He provided us with some tips on how to keep the dishwasher running well moving forward. Pricing was transparent and reasonable.

Maydone resolved a stressful situation with ease, and we will 100% call them again for future appliance issues. Technicians came to fix my fridge. It worked for about 4 days then it broke down the same way again. Called about the problem. Technician came and fixed it again. Worked for a few days and broke down the same way again. It seems they dont know what the problem is and how to fix it.
Ive called to fix it again because it is under their warranty, and now i have to wait 4 days without a working fridge before a technician can come out.
This has been the most frustrating experience with this company. I have 2 little kids i cant have a fridge breaking down on me every week and constantly wasting food by throwing it out and having to buy more groceries just for those to get spoiled because the fridge is broken.
I would absolutely not recommend this company. Too expensive with little experience in fixing.

I used Maydone services twice.Once to fix my washing machine and the second time to fix my dryer. Both times they diagnosed the problem in the first visit, ordered the parts that were necessary and fixed the appliances in the second visit. Technicians are courteous, always in uniform, very knowledgeable and helpful. Their service is excellent but you pay for it. They are not cheap.

I called Maydone to deal with a broken refrigerator and freezer and they were onsite within 2 hours. Work was quick and courteous. I will definitely use them again.

I found Maydone online, I never choose a company like that but the reviews looked legitimate and moved me to give it a try. From the booking to the final payment the process was professional fast and successful. The technician was courteous and honest, they took their time to find a suitable solution rather than having me paying for a super expensive part from the get go. I dont have time to shop around much and the price range for this oven fix made it acceptable to me as I dont any to replace my stove. Gave 9 as I am not sure if others are cheaper but I would go with them again.
