Technicians came to fix my fridge. It worked for about 4 days then it broke down the same way again. Called about the problem. Technician came and fixed it again. Worked for a few days and broke down the same way again. It seems they dont know what the problem is and how to fix it.
Ive called to fix it again because it is under their warranty, and now i have to wait 4 days without a working fridge before a technician can come out.
This has been the most frustrating experience with this company. I have 2 little kids i cant have a fridge breaking down on me every week and constantly wasting food by throwing it out and having to buy more groceries just for those to get spoiled because the fridge is broken.
I would absolutely not recommend this company. Too expensive with little experience in fixing.

We are following necessary guidelines provided by manufacturer to troubleshot all problems with appliances.
Unfortunately fridge is the type of appliance that requires couple of days to see results. You can't get result immediately.
If first step does not help then we move to the next one. It is a nature of this work.
We have provided to you free of charge the most expensive part in your fridge and if it still treated as bad experience then let it be.
We are happy that at the current moment you are with the working fridge and it is the most important for us.
