Max, our technician did a great job in quickly diagnosing and fixing the problem we had with our dryer. He had the part on hand and the whole process was done in an hour. The central dispatch team member, also named Max, was efficient and quick to respond. Thank you!

Professional, on time and dedicated, and cleaned up after installation. This captures the great job that young man, Sam, from Master-Tech did while replacing our old dated garage door opener. The young man arrived right on time, and even when the job took longer than expected as our wiring on our garage is old, he refused to take more money than quoted. He cleaned up the garage so that no old nails remained on floor! He also volunteered to dispose of our old garage opener. Old school honest, professional work. Recommend!!

After reading John's amazing reviews from about a year ago and then again recently, I finally contacted John to tackle our growing to do list. He was able to fit us in within a week due to a delay at another client. Definately our gain! Jobs ranging from drywall and painting, putting up hooks, and refinishing our powder room counter. Thanks for the team in doing a very professional job with our vents. We had about 24 vents, so 9 more than the regular flat charge. They arrived a little early, and got to work right away. They even inspected our Dryer Vent, upon my request, and advised that everything looked fine and no need for an additional add-on service. I thought that was very courteous and honest.
