came to look at our dryer the first day, on time, and diagnosed the problem as a worn belt. It's an ancient dryer so he didn't have the part, but said he would be back the same time the next day with the part.

Unfortunately Alex was rear ended by another driver on the way here, and I was willing to cancel the appointment for a more convenient time for him, but he refused and came in the early evening to finish the job.

A good, friendly and competent technician who is also very dedicated to his work.

The initial visit was very professional and thorough.
The 2nd visit to fix my appliance, I couldn't have asked for better service. The two gentlemen were professional, clean and organized. Everything you want and more when a company is hired for a specific job.
10/10. No complaints at all.

My wife and I are satisfied with the service. Arkady was friendly and let us know what he was the problem and how to repair. Later the company sent in a quote and left us to decide whether we want to continue or not. The initial price for visit was applied to the cost of repair. Fridge works well now. Thank you Arkady. Our gas range had a burner that wasnt working. Igor came came and ordered then later installed the part for us. While he was working on the stove, he smelled a faint bit of gas. He checked the stove completely then the gas line. Thats where he found the problem. We really appreciated that he took the time to discover this dangerous leak.

My LG fridge was acting up and Max from Maydone told me upfront that if it was the compressor they could not fix it probably. I appreciated the candor and they sent Alex a highly competent tech the same day to confirm (but advised me that they would charge and made no attempt to upsell me). A very honest operation.

My initial request was answered in roughly an hour, appointment was made quickly. Guys came to assess the issue and were very careful in our house, even bringing inside shoes! (Nice touch!)
