My wife and I are satisfied with the service. Arkady was friendly and let us know what he was the problem and how to repair. Later the company sent in a quote and left us to decide whether we want to continue or not. The initial price for visit was applied to the cost of repair. Fridge works well now. Thank you Arkady.
