Maydone Appliance Repair

Hi. Ok I had a small issue with the washing machine. Called Maydone Repair and they were very quick to respond. Solved the problem and found the pieces to replace. Arkady, hes an excellent technician and the process was done super fast.

The water filter assembly unit in our KitchenAid fridge was leaking. We called Maydone and they were able to send a technician right away to diagnose the problem. The filter assembly unit needed to be replaced.
The technician took care of ordering the part for us and came by promptly to replace the filter unit once the part had arrived.. They were reliable, knowledgeable and very fast with providing the service. Plus the technician who came over was great! He was very helpful in pointing out the parts that I needed to keep clean in order to avert any future problems. I highly recommend them.

Cold water stopped on my Washing Machine. Maydone assessed the problem same day and fixed it the next day. Speed was very appreciated. Wasn't cheap but was very fast, courteous, excellent work.

Maydone was quick to assess the problem. They had to order parts. I didnt hear from them for about a week so I reached out to ask when the repair would take place. I wasnt without my dryer for too long. Maybe approximately 10 days. Luckily its summer so I could dry outside. Had this been winter I may have felt it was taking too long. The repair was done in just over half an hour. Workers were pleasant. Dryer is working. They did come at the very final last hour but they were on time. They did say between afternoon you to 6p.m. They came at 6p.m. I called at 5:30p.m. Because I did start to worry they werent coming. If repair lasts me 3 years then the price was worthwhile. If it doesnt then I should have bought a new dryer. Time will tell.

My Range oven had an Error message, and Maydone were able to identify it. It needed a spare part that we ordered, and Maydone installed and fixed the problem in a prompt manner. They are a bit expensive, but service is good.

Max arrived on time, he was very polite and replaced the parts quick.

The service was quick and efficient. I called in the morning and Arkady, the repair technician came in the afternoon to assess the appliance. The broken belt for the motor was replaced the next day. Now my dryer is working perfectly.
