Workers we very prompt, friendly and efficient. Very happy with the service. Only point to improve on is knowledge of smart home products related to their work and how to troubleshoot issues (ie- troubleshoot how to fix nest thermostat when it doesn’t work after the cleaning).

Price was higher that the one they offer on line. And the workers left dirty shoes mark in hardwood and carpet floor. Should be more careful.

Customer service and scheduling response was very responsive. The appointment itself was a bit tardy, but that's ok, at least the technician had given a call to let me know that the would be coming a bit later due to a previous job taking a bit longer. Other than that, the duct cleaning service performed was completed in the time they had mentioned and the technician took the time to walk me through process. He had also showed before/after pictures and definitely would recommend Colair.

The appointment process was excellent and there was great communication at all points. The technicians arrived on time and were professional. Any questions I had were answered to my satisfaction. When completed the techs ensured everything was back to normal, less our dusty duct work.

The before and after pictures were amazing. The ducts looked like new and you could actually read the maker's stamp on them.

We have noticed better air quality in our home since the cleaning, and our little dog's allergies seem to have slowed down considerably - and he snores less at night now.

Follow up was great, ensuring we were completely satisfied. Billing was convenient and quick.

I will recommend them and I will be using them in the future.
