After reviewing Ian's website I called for a drier vent relocate. Older construction house and a challenge due to wiring and stud placement to get an easy relocate. Ian was thorough looking at a number of options and completed a very professional job including clean up and explaining what he was doing. Would not hesitate to to recommend Ian for any drier vent issues and given his workmanship any of the repair work etc that Ian provides.

This is the 2nd time I've called Iain to clean out my dryer vent. I have a stacked unit wedged into a closet on the bedroom level. There is no absolutely no space to work without pulling out the entire unit. I had so much lint build up, the hose had come disconnected in the back. Every crevice and surface in that tiny space with coated with lint. It was not and quick and easy job but Iain spent the time to ensure everything was cleaned and taken care of properly. Prompt, quality service and definitely on the side of the consumer! Thanks again Iain!

Iain was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. He explained why our dryer was not working at Maximum efficiency (roofer had installed incorrect vent on roof when repaired two years ago) and was able to thoroughly clean the vent and get everything back in correct working order. I would not hesitate to call him in the future and will happily refer him to anyone!

Our dryer wasn't drying clothes very well. The builder-installed roof dryer vent was sub par and completely clogged with lint. Iain came and replaced the vent cap on the roof and cleaned out the vent. The dryer is working perfectly now. Outstanding work!

Because of Ian, we can now do our laundry!!! Thank you, Ian! :) Having moved into a old house, the previous owners had drywalled the existing dryer exhaust so when our new washer and dryer came, the delivery guys couldn't finished the installation. Ian came, reinstated our exterior exhaust port, and installed a new proper metal dryer vent. And I say "proper" because Best Buy sold us this aluminum flex vent which if you read the back of the dryer outlines that this shouldn't be used for dryer vent installation. In addition, he also fixed three leaky pipes, two of which were the washer water connection and one under the sink.

Ian is very knowledgable and we will be calling him for our gas bbq connection once we get the backyard set-up.
