The appointment process was excellent and there was great communication at all points. The technicians arrived on time and were professional. Any questions I had were answered to my satisfaction. When completed the techs ensured everything was back to normal, less our dusty duct work. The before and after pictures were amazing. The ducts looked like new and you could actually read the maker's stamp on them. We have noticed better air quality in our home since the cleaning, and our little dog's allergies seem to have slowed down considerably - and he snores less at night now. Follow up was great, ensuring we were completely satisfied. Billing was convenient and quick. I will recommend them and I will be using them in the future.
