Evo took great care of us right from the start. We had a small leak in our roof which Evo repaired the very next day after meeting them. The rest of the work was done very soon afterward, exceeding my expectations in timing. Communication with us was excellent. The sales representative was always available to answer any questions. The workers did a fast, clean job at a very reasonable price. I will definitely recommend them!

Evo Roofing is a young establishment out of Markham, Ontario.

The work:

* Bring down an unused chimney.
* Re-shingle half a main roof.
* Re-shingle an extension.
* Clean-up was thorough. No major issues experienced, although in the heat of the work it didn't appear that way. They took many precautions to protect the property. They were prepared.
* Duration: About five hours.

Communication:

* Appears to be very good.
* There did not seem to be any issue understanding the requirements.
* They answered every question.
* They educated me on product and process.
* Any misunderstandings were quickly ratified.
* Friendly.

Knowledge and Experience:

* Very conversant on roof and related topics.
* Easy to work with and understand.

Pace:

* Efficient, quick.

Value:

* I would say excellent.
* I got the shingle product, the underlayments, ventilation and other work I wanted at a price that happen to be the most competitive.

We have not had a strong rain storm or blowing snow yet to test the workmanship, however, they make it clear that labour is warranted for 10 years. They were clear that they would fix any issue that would arise due to the installation with just a phone call.

Summary:

Barring any leaks, the work of Evo was above expectations. Recommended.

I needed a chimney cap to be restored on my roof right away due to the rain/snow storm conditions. I called early in the morning. By late afternoon they provided an estimate and completed the work the same day. I was impressed with their professionalism, speed and quality of work. I would recommend their services to anyone with roofing needs. 5 star!
