Got a quote on here from Sky for a roof - placed the order mid-May. Promised for mid-September. No word from them until I sent them a note asking to confirm two days before. They told us they haven’t heard from the project manager but it should still be that day. The night before they had to rebook to two weeks later for no good reason. The next date got cancelled due to rain. The next date, we got no confirmation until they showed up that morning to work on it.
The roof got done on the third try and the workmanship looks reasonable enough. They were significantly lower in cost than the competitors but they could serve to improve their communication with their customers.
The only way to contact them is to text Sky and do it that way. The main line seems to always have a full voicemail - not a good sign for a business.
