Bosch dishwasher

Nicola Buttino was very knowledgeable about the various Bosch dishwasher models. He answered all of my questions clearly and well. He was pleasant, interested and professional. I was very pleased with my customer experience and would recommend Canadian Appliance Source and I would purchase from them again.

Kitchen appliances

Laurent was sooooooooo patient with us and took the time to make sure we understood everything about the products we were buying. He took us around the floor showing us the various products available, and more specifically the features available to us.
Great buying experience.

Best Price & Best Service Ever...

We were looking for new appliances for our house. After deep looking everywhere (Store and online) we found the Best prices at CAS via internet and finally decided to visit the Montreal branch.
Mr. François Matte Laurent was the Rep who helped us choosing our appliances. He did really a wonderful job. He answered all our questions and all technical details we were asking for without any pressure to buy.
We did purchase our dishwasher from the first show up and 1 month later we purchased the refrigerator and the stove.
We do highly recommend to buy from CAS and especially from Mr Matte. He is the best Rep we have ever met...

GE Microwave purchase

Amazing service. I went personnaly to the shop. the product would be delivered in two days and it arrived from Toronto within 24 hours. They called me immediately and one hour latter I had the microwave. Employees helped me with the huge box...

Amana fridge ABB1921BRM

Excellent courteous and professional service provided by Francois Matte. The price is unbeatable although the charge for delivery is a bit pricey. The fridge was delivered on time as promised. This Amana’s fridge which is assembled in the USA, is beautiful and quiet. I have it for a week now and I love it. Thank you Francois again for the excellent customer-oriented service.

SAMSUNG FRIDGE

Bought a Samsung fridge, model RF28HMEDBSR on June 7 2017. 1st Delivery was cancelled and we had to put back all our perishables in our old fridge. Delivery occurred on June 13th at 7:15 at night, 2 hours the. Front left exterior door was damage and delivery people told us to keep the fridge and only this door would be replaced. CAS (CANADIAN APPLIANCE) was not opened at that time. When they left, we saw that not only the exterior door was damaged but also 2 drawers and a shelf were broken inside. How could this happen? Look like it took a bad hit at the factory and quality assurance is non existant. A email was send to Canadian Appliance that very same night with photos of the damage and asking for a exchange. VERY POOR SERVICE. Still on June 23rd we still don't have any fridge. WHAT KIND OF SERVICE THIS IS !!!!!! Canadian Appliance told us that a technician has to come before, but this will not guarantee that we won't have any problem in the future (DAMAGE PIECES THAT WE CAN SEE will be REPLACE BUT IF THAT FRIDGE WAS DAMAGE IN THE TRANSPORT OR AT THE WHAREHOUSE IN ANY OTHER WAYS WE WON'T KNOW) and we didn't received what we paid for (A NEW FRIDGE, not a DAMAGE ONE with all the DISAGREEMENT).

Just salesmen with smiles...no regards for you

I ordered a very standard set of appliances in April, cannot get a delivery in June. Emails not answered for over a month (and still have not been answered).

Read the contract since they have somewhat "hidden fees", meaning what the salesman tells you and what the contract stipulates, are 2 different things. Also, if you ask for a partial delivery because of backorder items, they charge you the second delivery. Also, beware if you do not live on the 1rst floor...more fees that the salesman "forgot" to mention. Still, "1-star" since their central customer service was polite and helpful.

Overall, they do not care and are not proactive. They should perhaps contacting you and suggesting solutions instead of just suggesting you wait...indefinitely and that you do the follow-up yourself (not them). Note that this is the initial solution they suggested.

Perhaps, 6k$ was not enough for a good service or maybe it is standard.

No return and no after sale customer service

I bought a fridge, a Lg washer and dryer on May 7. The store said that within one month, if any problem, the store would solve it. on May 9, we got the delivery. All items were without original packaging, just like open-box. Washer and dryer were installed by the store service i ordered. The LG washer was defective when we used it first time on May 18. It caused excess vibration to machine itself, and the ceramic floor under and wall close it during spin. I immediately called the store. They promised someone will come to check the machine. No one came! In the coming weeks, i called them several times. They are very clear that there is no return because i have the warranty form Lg, repair of the machine is also not their problem because of valid warranty from Lg. The only thing i can do now is calling the LG to solve the problem. Don't buy from them.

All products are new in the box as policy states. The product would have been unpacked in the back of the truck at your residence and brought in without the packing to have a better handle on the product.(standard delivery practice)
The one year manufacturer is an industry standard that all major retailers abide by. The manufacturers want to make the service calls and themselves they made it and they fix it is the philosophy. I hope LG has serviced your product by this point. Lg is quite fast a dispatching technicians.

if the product is not working correctly still and the tech is not helping you.

Noisy fridge LG terrible costumer service

I just bought on 25/05/2017 a stove GE and a fridge LG. The fridge LG does a loud noise since we plugged it. I called Canadian Appliance, they said its not their business, and that I should contact LG. LG sent one person, and he said the compressor has a problem, and needs to be changed. Of course that I want my money back. The Costumer Service is in Panama. We are living with a terrible noise for over than 2 weeks now, and nobody really cares. I can't buy food, because I wont keep a noisy broken machine. No customer service at all. We already called LG 6 times. I bought a problem, and we paid total $ 2.828,93. I just want my money back. DONT BUY.

If you are having issues with LG, I know that if the tech report states the compressor is an issue. Call LG Canada they are excellent to work with. Especially if the tech has considered the product faulty.

Great experience, but carefull with delivery

Laurent was amazing. The store looked good. The price unbeatable. I recommend you shop and buy there.
BUT, we had to wait an extra week for delivery. The lady was very understanding and was able to compensate for the inconvenience...
