SAMSUNG FRIDGE

Bought a Samsung fridge, model RF28HMEDBSR on June 7 2017. 1st Delivery was cancelled and we had to put back all our perishables in our old fridge. Delivery occurred on June 13th at 7:15 at night, 2 hours the. Front left exterior door was damage and delivery people told us to keep the fridge and only this door would be replaced. CAS (CANADIAN APPLIANCE) was not opened at that time. When they left, we saw that not only the exterior door was damaged but also 2 drawers and a shelf were broken inside. How could this happen? Look like it took a bad hit at the factory and quality assurance is non existant. A email was send to Canadian Appliance that very same night with photos of the damage and asking for a exchange. VERY POOR SERVICE. Still on June 23rd we still don't have any fridge. WHAT KIND OF SERVICE THIS IS !!!!!! Canadian Appliance told us that a technician has to come before, but this will not guarantee that we won't have any problem in the future (DAMAGE PIECES THAT WE CAN SEE will be REPLACE BUT IF THAT FRIDGE WAS DAMAGE IN THE TRANSPORT OR AT THE WHAREHOUSE IN ANY OTHER WAYS WE WON'T KNOW) and we didn't received what we paid for (A NEW FRIDGE, not a DAMAGE ONE with all the DISAGREEMENT).
