I ordered a very standard set of appliances in April, cannot get a delivery in June. Emails not answered for over a month (and still have not been answered). Read the contract since they have somewhat "hidden fees", meaning what the salesman tells you and what the contract stipulates, are 2 different things. Also, if you ask for a partial delivery because of backorder items, they charge you the second delivery. Also, beware if you do not live on the 1rst floor...more fees that the salesman "forgot" to mention. Still, "1-star" since their central customer service was polite and helpful. Overall, they do not care and are not proactive. They should perhaps contacting you and suggesting solutions instead of just suggesting you wait...indefinitely and that you do the follow-up yourself (not them). Note that this is the initial solution they suggested. Perhaps, 6k$ was not enough for a good service or maybe it is standard.
