Canadian Choice did a great job re-insulating our attic with 18" of insulation as well as installing a humidifier. They were on time, very professional and we get a a substantial rebate and the 40% we will save on our gas bill outweighs the monthly cost for this service and you can pay it off any time!

I got a new high efficiency furnace and tankless water heater installed by Canadian Choice Home Services. They were very easy to deal with. They communicated very clearly explaining the steps in the process from start to finish, including dealing with the challenges of the very tight space in my furnace area. They left the basement clean and took all of the old furnace parts away. The air in the house is noticeably fresher with the new system. They also helped me apply for the government rebate. I would use Canadian Choice Home Services again without question.

My wife and I had Canadian choice over at our house 2 weeks ago giving us information about the back water valve program. The guy Amir was very professional and polite. He help us with adding the flood protection to our house with the government rebate program. We are very happy about their service and the staff has been very helpful so far. I would recommend them to other people as well.

The door to door salesman took advantage of a 92 year old homeowner, with dementia, by selling her a back water valve that she did not need. He left the Purchase Agreement but NOT the terms and conditions, and other paperwork and ignored advice to speak with her children before doing any work. The salesman's 'professional' diagnosis is that the senior is lucid. The senior advises that the salesman told her that the valve wouldn't cost anything because the City provides a Rebate. However, he never applied for a work permit for the work and did a sloppy and unprofessional job. By not applying for a permit, the salesman disqualified the homeowner from the City's Rebate program. Check out the Consumer Protection Act!!!

My house is freezing. these guys were professional and knowledgeable. showed me where I was losing heat and what I needed to do to help stop it. they were not pushy and gave me options. The staff was so friendly and clean. I would definetly use them again, and reffer them to friends.

Alex the representative who came to my home was very helpful and professional. He answered all my questions and concerns. I asked a lot of questions and he was very patient and walked me through the whole process. Looking forward to seeing the results after the upgrade and all the smart products.

We've been having a lot of issues with things going wrong in our furnace room with both the tanks and the furnace and humidifier and countless other things. Upon doing my research and contacting top three companies, Canadian Choice Home Services was not only the quickest to respond, but the only company who answered my questions thoroughly and in detail. They made me feel very comfortable and at ease about all the work to be done, presented multiple options with costs, pros and cons of each based on MY unique needs, instead of throwing the most expensive product at me. They were able to send out a tech quickly. Ahsan was a godsend - he did repairs and installations of various things, he was friendly and kind (even the dog loved him), answered all of my questions with care and DETAIL (trust me, I can get very annoying). He even left his number in case I had any questions in the coming days. He kept me updated on the progress during his visit, he explained exactly what he was working on. Following the service, I got calls from the company to make sure everything was working smoothly, that all my questions were answered, and that I was happy with the work performed.

Honestly, one of the best home service companies I've had the pleasure of working with - my faith in home service companies has once again been restored after previous disappointments!

Deceiving sales. Very poor attic insulation. Extremely bad customer service. Didn't process rebate properly. Didn't process the right amount of rebate either. Promised $1500 back, but they only submitted $1300.
