Roman was very professional but friendly. He explained how the oven glass got broken, he was conscious of disposing of the glass and made quite a bit of effort to make sure the glass remaining was clean

Roman certainly boosted my confidence in his ability to get the job done. He checked multiple things that could be causing the issue. All was OK until he checked the drain sensor. Roman did a couple of tests which verified his original thought/comment.We would definitely have Roman back to repair any of our major appliances, he is very competent, thorough and cleaned up when finished. He went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied.

He took time to diagnose the problem with my stove and did not go directly to replacing a part which it turned out to not be necessary. He eliminated possible causes until he found the correct one.
