It was real pleasure and huge surprise from first phone contact with Oleg and till my new A/C was installed and started to work.
30C outside, A/C not working. Everybody at home, working. What to do?

First of all, his team is so punctual - unbelievable at this days, comparing to majority of the services we all surrounded by. Guys are very polite, knowledgeable, professional, accurate and at same time fast.
Just imagine, initial call was on Sunday 5pm, on Monday 7am Misha already was at my house to check the problem and at 5pm the A/C was installed and cooling my house. 24 HOURS. The problem resolved.

Our furnace died and we really needed a replacement quick. Trusting the install and product was really important to us. air point showed up in a few hours and helped us through. They answered all our questions and most importantly looked out for our best interest. Installers were friendly and very respectful in our home. No one likes loosing a furnace but Airpoint turned it into a good experience. Id recommend them highly.

On April 27th my furnace broke and I called for a repair. I was informed that a service man would be sent that day. Shortly thereafter the repair man called and said he would be over in an hour. Within the hour he arrived in full protective gear due to covid-19 and he promptly repaired my furnace. I had used this company previously to repair my air conditioner and both times I have found them to be very accommodating, professional, knowledgeable and reliable. I would definitely recommend their service! Great job!

Oleg helped us find a good air conditioning system for our house, he helped choose between the best choices as we had some trouble deciding. Our house is ready for the summer now and we couldn't be happier.

The furnace in one of my rental properties died on one of the coldest days of the year. I contacted Oleg and he sent out one of his technicians the same day to assess the situation. Bad news was that the faulty part (heat exchanger) could not be repaired, had to be replaced if the part could even be found (old furnace). My tenants had young children so needed to get them heat ASAP so Oleg was able to schedule someone first thing the next morning. The original furnace was 100K BTU which according to them was too much for the size of the ducting in the house which caused the furnace to overheat. They could have easily not corrected me since i assumed i needed a 100K BTU replacement but they advised me to go with an 80K BTU instead (which was cheaper actually). Just goes to show their professionalism, safety and correctness over money. Will definitely go to Air Point for future heating/cooling needs. Thank you to Oleg and team for the quick turnaround and the honest work!
