It was real pleasure and huge surprise from first phone contact with Oleg and till my new A/C was installed and started to work. 30C outside, A/C not working. Everybody at home, working. What to do? Many phone calls out. Something wrong with the answers. Another call, Oleg answered. His confident, friendly and professional response made me to accept his service. First of all, his team is so punctual - unbelievable at this days, comparing to majority of the services we all surrounded by. Guys are very polite, knowledgeable, professional, accurate and at same time fast. Just imagine, initial call was on Sunday 5pm, on Monday 7am Misha already was at my house to check the problem and at 5pm the A/C was installed and cooling my house. 24 HOURS. The problem resolved. High professionalism, patience, friendly approach. This team and their service are the GREAT EXAMPLE for many services how to make us, customers happy and satisfied.
