Air Point replaced our furnace about 2 years ago so we called when needed to replace our A/C.Again, they did a great job and at a good price.

My old furnace (actually the air forcer) has died in the middle of summer. I called the Air Point at 7:30 AM, by 16:00 PM on the very same day new furnace was installed and we were saved from the heat. I chose Carrier 60000 BTU two-stage furnace. The entire stuff we dealt during the crisis was excellent. From the pre-sales technician Gregory to office manager Sveta including two technicians, Yuri and Edgar, who performed the actual installation, were very professional, polite and solved small problems on the way to the final goal in a quick and solid manner. When one technician was finishing the furnace installation, another one completed another my request, pulled a natural gas pipe to the safe and convenient place. And I've received a very good/large discount on this one.
Definitely would recommend this company for HVAC systems.

The service was EXCELLENT, the technician Gregory was very knowledgeable and very professional, provided the best possible service in a very timely manner, came right away, even though it was after hours. Found the problem in 15 minutes and was able to fix it right away. We had a technician from another company a day before, he charged us, but was not able to diagnose the problem. The office girls are also very nice, polite and patient. I would strongly recommend that company if you need an HVAC technician.

This is my second time I used Air Point Heating and Cooling company and always the best service. A quick phone call with Oleg & administrator lady, and a tech (George) was at my house as scheduled. I got few options to choose from and clearly explained every model for the size of my house. I made my choice and scheduled the day of installation. We decided to install one more house the same time for my relatives too. Professional team showed up at my door today and installed 2 units for us. It was real pleasure and huge surprise from first phone contact with Oleg and till my new A/C was installed and started to work.

Our furnace died and we really needed a replacement quick. Trusting the install and product was really important to us. air point showed up in a few hours and helped us through.
