The furnace in one of my rental properties died on one of the coldest days of the year. I contacted Oleg and he sent out one of his technicians the same day to assess the situation. Bad news was that the faulty part (heat exchanger) could not be repaired, had to be replaced if the part could even be found (old furnace). My tenants had young children so needed to get them heat ASAP so Oleg was able to schedule someone first thing the next morning. The original furnace was 100K BTU which according to them was too much for the size of the ducting in the house which caused the furnace to overheat. They could have easily not corrected me since i assumed i needed a 100K BTU replacement but they advised me to go with an 80K BTU instead (which was cheaper actually). Just goes to show their professionalism, safety and correctness over money. Will definitely go to Air Point for future heating/cooling needs. Fairly old furnace stopped working at end of December. Unable to repair it myself, I decided to try Air Point (instead of some of the other companies I used previously) and couldn't be happier with my decision! Greg came on time and was extremely pleasant. Equally importantly, he was knowledgeable and competent and quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue. Having to get a new motor, he made sure to come back the same day to complete the work. He notified me of the likelyhood that the whole furnace may need to be replaced in the next few years, but was not overly pushy with going that route right now. Price was more than fair and I will call again if needed 100%.

An old mid efficiency furnace (10-12 years old at that time) came with a house I bought. At first following my sister recommendation (Air Point successfully replaced her furnace to her complete satisfaction) I was contacting the company when I had problems with my furnace. They always were prompt to come, knowledgeable of detecting and fixing the issue and doing their best to prolong the life of that furnace as long as possible. And it lived for another 6 years :) The service charges were very reasonable.
Last Friday the furnace stopped working properly and it was time to replace it with a new height efficiency one. All the available choices and replacement procedures were explained in details and the optimal option was recommended. It was a complicated case as the new furnace by code has to be vented outside and involved an installation of a pipe from the middle of the finished basement to the outside wall.
Air Point technicians came exactly as they promised at 8 am. The job was done professionally, in the time it was promised. The piping was installed very accurately behind the existing walls/ceiling without any damage. The technicians left the place clean. I also received followup calls the next day.
The amount I paid for the equipment and installation was very reasonable for the value I received.

We just purchased our home and both the furnace and AC were at end of life so we decided to replace them. Oleg replied to me promptly and was honest and straight forward. He even installed our free thermostat and cleaned our ducts free of charge! All done on the same day! Everything was done very well. I would recommend them to anyone needing this type of service.

I use the services of Airpoint many years. It never failed to impress with quality and speed of the service and the price. In my case tenants called that the furnace is broken. It's unpleasant experience in the middle of the winter. Reliance has determined that the furnace is not worth fixing (crack in the heat exchanger) Oleg has organized the installation the next day early morning. I doubt any other company could respond any faster. The guys came on time, replaced the firnace and validated it works before leaving clean space. Truly and sincerely impressed. Highly recommended jewel of the service in GTA.

This is the second time I've used these guys and both times I felt they were prompt, efficient and professional. They came quickly, found the problem, fixed and didn't attempt to up sell to a more expensive job. Not only that, they were pleasant to have in the house. I would highly recommend them.

There was no heat in the house and the work was completed to our satisfaction.
