I had to get a new key for my Mercedes. I phoned the dealer--$350. I called around and finally found Direct Locksmith. They charged $195. Their service was fast, efficient and courteous. Alex explained everything he was doing as he went along. I was in and out in 30 minutes. I would highly recommend these people.
This is the second time I've used these guys and both times I felt they were prompt, efficient and professional. They came quickly, found the problem, fixed and didn't attempt to up sell to a more expensive job. Not only that, they were pleasant to have in the house. I would highly recommend them.
