Started off great Tyler is very personable and knows his stuff ! Our job seems like it was very rushed and when issues came up Tyler stopped responding to us !
We are happy with the pad just a few issues that need to be resolved ! Thinking it will be on us to fix them ourselves !

Hired this company after hearing great reviews from a friend who had work done. The owner came and sat down with us while my wife and I went through what were looking for, and he suggested a few things and ideas we hadn't thought of.
Overall very helpful and knowledgeable, it is very apparent that he takes pride in what he does.
He was very professional throughout the whole process and was there the entire time doing most of the work himself, with a helper for the big stuff.
The workmanship and professionalism of this outfit is something you just don't see anymore in our growing city, I will be recommending Recon Developments to anyone looking for home improvements.
