Couldn't Ask for Better Service!

We needed someone to fix a gas line leading to our fireplace and these technicians gave us a great quote and we able to come out to complete the work the next day after we called them. The work was completed quickly and they made sure everything was working. Very positive experience!

Furnace replaced

Heating & Air Conditioning review in Toronto

The team arrived within the scheduled time. They worked diligently and had my furnace replaced within the estimated time. They laid carpets and wore booties in the house. They were polite and professional.

I had Summers and Smith install a new water heater in November as well. I highly recommend them.

“Came in to assess and fix my furnace problem. Dave the technician had no problem with being alone in the house with my large dog! Dave also called me and told me the problem and what he was going to do to remedy it. Excellent, trustworthy service!”

Furnace and Humidifier Service

Heating & Air Conditioning review in Aurora

Technician was professional. Part was a true and real "rip off". (Small valve for dehumidifier. Part cost ranges from $35 to $60 online and Summers & Smith charged us $215.00. I asked twice to provide feedback and have heard nothing. I do not mind paying a margin and appreciate that a mark up is required/business but this was unbelievably ridiculous.

FOLLOW UP - Summers did send me an email on 2/25 after explaining running a business, time taken, tech professionalism, warranty - but no peace of mind and they hoped I do not feel taken advantage of.... $215 vs $60??

Water Heater

My previous water heater stopped working and even had no hot water pressure. I called Summers & Smith late in the day. They provided excellent, prompt, competent and friendly service at my home in York Region the following day and installed a new water heater. I'm very happy with their service and the product they installed.

Replacing the Furnace

Heating & Air Conditioning review in Whitchurch Stouffville

On Sunday evening Dec.29th our furnace broke and I called a technician to fix it. Unfortunately I needed a new one. I got a quote that same evening and on New Year day a new one was installed. The technicians (Pat & Scott) arrived right on time, laid-out all protective carpets down to the basement, remove the old furnace, installed the new "Daikin" furnace with new fresh air and vent pipe, a new humidifier system, etc.
Very efficient, very friendly and knowledgeable technicians. The work was completed in less that 5 hrs. Very satisfied with Summers and Smith professionalism, reasonable price and service on New Year Day. I highly recommend this company.

Split system installation

The installation was very well done, the technicians were very competent and careful at home. I was impressed with the cleanness of the job, and the pride they take in their job.

So far, after a couple weeks, I have no issues. It was a very expensive installation, and so far I received a wothwhile service.

Service call for furnace

Summers and Smith serviceman arrived on time. He put shoe covers over his boots to keep our floors clean. He was courteous and kept me informed as to what he was doing, what the issue was and how he would fix it.
I would recommend Summers and Smith for any heating / cooling need, big or small!
