We called for an assessment of a noise in the furnace when the fan ramped up. Grant came and inspected. He was polite and offered to wear a mask. He inspected the furnace and listened for the noise. Naturally, it did not occur when he was here, but it has not occurred since. He took it upon himself to replace some piping that had a small leak. Grant was very professional, friendly and knowledgable.
We will continue to use Summers and Smith for our HVAC needs. All great people.

We needed a new furnace to replace a 25 year old furnace. Summers and Smith came out and ensured that we purchased the appropriately sized unit, and didn't just try and upsell me a larger unit than needed. Their installation crew came in and ensured the work area stayed clean, and that their installation was done neatly. We have used Summers and Smith for air conditioner installs in the past, and we trust their work, and how they stand behind it. I had my annual furnace cleaning and maintenance done this week. Josh and his assistant checked everything out and gave me a very detailed report of the more than 20 components that were working as necessary. Also according to furnace specs.

We contacted Summers and Smith on a Monday to repair multiple gas leaks that were found two days prior. Although fall is a busy time of year for this service we were advised they allow for emergency calls in their scheduling. A service technician was available on Wednesday and the work was completed that afternoon. The joints in the gas pipes that lead to our furnace from the meter were re-sealed to be sure all leaks were sealed and no new ones would develop. Two new gas ball valves were installed to replace our old and out dated ones. One for the furnace and one for the water heater. The service technicians were thorough, knowledgeable and respectful.
