Furnace and Humidifier Service
Technician was professional. Part was a true and real "rip off". (Small valve for dehumidifier. Part cost ranges from $35 to $60 online and Summers & Smith charged us $215.00. I asked twice to provide feedback and have heard nothing. I do not mind paying a margin and appreciate that a mark up is required/business but this was unbelievably ridiculous.
FOLLOW UP - Summers did send me an email on 2/25 after explaining running a business, time taken, tech professionalism, warranty - but no peace of mind and they hoped I do not feel taken advantage of.... $215 vs $60??
