I'm quite happy to recommend this company to anyone who needs restoration service. From Project Manager to the crew team and everyone involved, they turned out to be quite efficient and courteous and followed all the proper steps.

On side was recommended to us after we had a plumbing mishap and they were very prompt and got things done . Our house was dried out and they treated our contents with respect. The subcontractors they used were awesome and thankfully all done before Christmas.

Water damaged to finished basement from Fridge water line. Onside was very professional and did a very good job. The job may have taken longer that what we where first told , but they did keep us in the loop for the most part. I would recommend them

Our dishwasher developed a leak and damaged flooring in main floor of our home. Our insurance adjuster recommended Onside Restoration. The staff was excellent: friendly, professional, hard-working, and knowledgeable. The end result was oustanding... we are very happy with the workmanship and quality of the renovation.

No communication. No commitment to schedule. Decide they don't want to show up for a day and then expect me to accommodate with no notice. Argued me that my floor did not need to be replaced but when I insisted they check the condition of the floor under the flooring it was soaked. If I had not have said anything, I would still have mold issues. Came home one day to find they had left my home unlocked. This is absolutely unacceptable. Show up without the proper equipment and then need to come back another day. Project goes on long beyond their promised finish date.

Most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.

This company was hired to restore commercial space damaged by the wild fire of 2016. Their lack of competence cost me about $10,000 more to repair what this company attempted to repair. They actually had the nerve to send me a bill after their were fired and offered me 2 years warranty and some grandiose guarantee.

Run far away from this company if you consider using them

Due to a broken pipe in an upstairs bathroom extensive water damage was done to my house. Both bathrooms upstairs had to have plumbing repaired, new flooring and be repainted. Asbestos was found under one of the floors, so a hazmat team had to be brought in before anything could be done. (It's an old house.)

On the main floor where most of the damage occurred, the ceiling had be replaced, resprayed and repainted plus the entire main floor, had to be replaced as the wood could not be matched. Entry hall, powder room, pantry cupboard, kitchen, family room and living room. Of course, like with any reno, other problems turned up when walls and floors were ripped out. We were out of our house for close to 4 months so you can imagine how stressful this whole situation was. However the On Side team were so professional, so helpful and understanding of what we were experiencing that the stress level was much lower than it could have been. I'm happy with their work and have recommended them to my friends in case they ever find themselves in this situation. I have not hesitated to give Julia, Ken, Denise and crew a 10 out of 10 score. They were terrific. Believe me, if I ever have another problem, I'll hit my speed dial! Julia, the project manager, is programmed in my telephone.

There can be nothing worse than being displaced from the comfort of your home. We had a leak in a tub that caused ceiling damaged that could not be repaired due to the type of ceiling finish and the open concept house. 80% of our main floor ceiling had to be stripped and resprayed, meaning furniture had to be moved and covered to protect it, and the walls and floors were protected as well. Lee and his contractors were excellent in containing the mess, being on time and addressing any concerns I had along the way. Very Professional results.

Onside came to my house within an hour or two of being called,they got all the flooring ripped out and dryers set up within hours they were very professional and very quick, they didn't cut corners and were very good. I would recommend them

When On Side showed up to do the emergency clean up they were extremely efficient. Staff came by 11:00am and did not leave until 9:00pm until the house was in living condition.

The rebuild was done in a timely manner and we were very impressed with the staff that came out. I would recommend On Side and also use them again in the future.
