We had a few water leaks throughout our house. These leaks have been around for several years and we finally decided to fix them. Shawn, was very responsive to our call for help. Did a thorough examination of the leaky areas. He was very clear as to what needed to get done. He and his team arrived at the agreed upon start date and immediately began to work. They carefully removed drywall and fixtures and removed all mold. He made sure the pre-arranged waterproof experts were scheduled right behind him and the whole job was completed within 3 days. Shawn was great throughout the three days answering all of our questions and concerns. I would definitely use PuroClean and Shawn's services again.
