Alex (Vladimir) came and installed door. The side light beside was installed about an inch lower then the window panel in actual door. they are supposed to be even. He left knowing that it was wrong. I called asked them to redo. They came back and redid it and now the side light panel is 1/2 inch lower then other window These should match up. The problem is I can't get him back to do the repairs, keeps putting me off. He is in Calgary, but when I called to do work address on business card was Medicine Hat. Very Dissatified with his work and the effort to take care of this mistake. I am going to hire someone to fix this, and take him to court for amount to fix, to make door as it should be. this photo is the fixed door. and again they left knowing it wasn't right
