Elite Coatings

My organization was pleased with the first project done by them. We called them for the second and the third project. We are now in the process of getting our warehouse all done with epoxy gray. They are professional and the workers are respectful and hard working. They keep to their promises and deliver on time.

We had the flooring as well as the bath surround coated in the bathing area. The product has proven to be extremely durable, easy to clean and maintain. Elite's experience and expertise with epoxy made the job go quickly and the crew was extremely clean they were also the ones who suggested that we could do the bath surround. I never have to repaint or reseal around the tub again!!!.

Elite Coatings gave me an estimate that was better than two other companies I contacted in Calgary, and they came in on budget and on time. I really liked the fact that the owner, Ron, seemed genuinely interested in making my garage look the best it could be. I'm very happy with the work.

We had the coating applied to the interior of the garage and I followed the process and it looked as if it was done properly. We also had the driveway coating applied, this was the problem. When it rained the driveway had numerous stains and patches and an inconsistent appearance; it looked like hell. I emailed them with pictures and asked if we could discuss this and received no response for almost a month. I then phoned and left a message regarding the matter and received no response. I wrote a stronger email describing my dissatisfaction and received a response that they would address the issue. As of today I still have yet to hear back. My concern is the garage flooring; was it done properly and will it start to fall apart? Will I have to redo this? Go through litigation and lawyers; well you get the picture. I guess time will tell. Just food for thought.
