Valet Storage

There are so many storage places in Toronto and I have used a bunch of them and none of them offered the services that Valet Storage does. And their people are so friendly too, which I hate to admit has not always been my experience. I didn’t have to do a thing except get things ready for transport. I didn’t have to pack the truck or anything. It’s great, I would never choose a different storage company and I have already recommended Valet Storage to my friends.

I stored my household furniture and belongings with Valet Storage for a number of months. My storage requirements were complex, with a number of different dates and destinations involved. Valet Storage provided superb service, from the initial consultation to pickup and various deliveries, and my items were always handled with care. I recommend this service highly!

From setting up an account, to booking pick-ups, and getting my stuff returned, the process was extremely user friendly. All of my belongings were treated with respect and was returned to me in perfect condition when I needed it.

I am currently renovating a small room on the second floor of my house. However, the rest of my house is also small so having the reno-ing room's contents elsewhere for the four-months the work is scheduled to take is not really an option. I debated with renting a storage locker but it's not a ton of stuff I need stored and I don't drive so..nightmare, no thanks. Anyhow, my friend knows one of the guys who started Valet Storage and it is honestly such a perfect solution. Booking was online and easy (I'm weird and hate having to actually call service providers), they came ON TIME (which I've had such annoying experiences with delivery windows so I was soooo grateful!) and the price is totally right! Highly recommend this company.

My mother recently downsized from our family home to a condo and for all that she did a really great job getting rid of a lot of stuff she just refused to part with a bunch of heirlooms, dishes, figurines, etc , which I get. However, they aren't really my style and neither of us had room for them in our respective condos. Anyways, we were looking into getting a storage locker but it seemed insane for just a few boxes - this is where Valet Storage came in. The team member who arrived was extremely polite, and careful with all of my mother's things. He even told her she could just call if she needed her tea service set back for a party. She thinks he was flirting with her and wants to see her again, which she enjoyed immensely. Anyways, it's a perfect service for if you have stuff you want stored and want excellent customer service.
