Disappointed with the Administration staff. Came over to our site and provided an estimate.
Requested a second day but we were not informed of the additional charges.
Administration send us an email outlining their procedure. Quote " We only proceed when we receive a signed Agreement".
Later the story changed to we assumed you would agree to the additional charges. The moving team was great but be very cautious about the Admin staff.
