Why don't they respond to calls even if they are marked urgent?! We noticed fan wasn't coming on for air conditioning the July 2nd, being a long weekend I waited until Tuesday July 4 to call for service. I called again on July 5, 6 and 7 with no return call just leaving message with answering service. I marked one of the calls urgent since it was going to be very not on the 7th and I have a daughter with special needs. I called another company on the 7th who came over and said it was the worse work he ever seen. He picked up parts and returned the 8th and replaced Control Board. During first service call he noticed the drain hose was broken off from connection and there was water and rust running down unit and into where Control Board was, most likely cause of breakdown. Was told that you're suppose to be able to access this drain tube from inside? Which wasn't done by Polar Air Systems. Also noticed exhaust tubes are two different sizes and apparently this is not installed correctly either. Gentleman showed me pictures of a proper installation of a furnace and air conditioning unit and my unit looks so poorly done in comparison to the work they provide. I have pictures to show the shoddy work done by Polar Air Systems in Bolton if they would finally like to return my urgent call from your answering service then I could explain and show them. Also, I am waiting your call still to see about reimbursing me the $423.75 (luckily they checked to see part was still under warranty) that I paid to other professional company that went out of their way to make sure I had air conditioning as soon as they possibly could. I would definitely not recommend this company to my worse enemy if this is the kind of poor quality installation service they provide and never follow up on a service call for their horrible workmanship even if you mark your call URGENT! Hey Polar Air Systems it will be two weeks tomorrow and you know how to reach me......I left a message FOUR times before moving on.
