I had another contractor evaluate my A/C which broke down during the hottest days of the year. The primary issue was that the capacitor was shot, and the contractor suggested I can get a new one for $600, with no guarantees on refrigerant levels or operation.
Enrico from Polar called me, and followed up until we spoke. He offered to replace the Capacitor for a lot less, and would apply the amount of the replacement to a new A/C if it didn't work. The pricing he offered for a new model was also very fair and competitive. Enrico was very helpful, and had Gregory, a site technician at my home the next day.
